Buyer is eligible for return/exchange of product if he/she receives a product that meets the following criterion:

    • Product is defective. Defective means that the product does not serve the function it is intended to serve. Manufacturing defect/Non-functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer warranty)
    • Product is damaged. Physical damage/Tampered product or packaging
    • Product is missing. Empty packet received or some items/accessories or parts are missing from the package
    • Product received is different or wrong. The product received is completely or significantly different from the one ordered on the website (in terms of size, model, colour, style, etc.)

Buyer is not eligible for return/exchange of product, if:

    • It is no longer needed
    • Buyer doesn’t like its aesthetics or ordered the wrong product by mistake
    • Buyer is getting it cheaper at some other place
    • Used or Damaged product. Buyer tried to use the product and caused any damage to it
    • Products are customized or made to order
    • If the Serial number/label is tampered
    • For Damaged/Missing/Empty Package/Wrong product that is reported after 2 days of the delivery
    • If the product returned without original packaging (price tags, labels, accessories, box)

Order Cancellations Criteria

Under some rare situations, biwholesale.com can initiate the order cancellation process. These situations would be:

    • Unavailability of Products
    • Incorrect pricing or description of the Products
    • Non-Serviceability of buyer’s address by our Shipping partner(s)
    • Payment fraud suspicion by our Credit & Fraud Avoidance Department

Guidelines for Return/Exchange:

If a Buyer has any concerns about a product(s) bought through biwholesale.com (Company), then he/she should inform the Company (via mail, WhatsApp) within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Buyer will be required to submit a detailed video of the package opening and showing the issue with the product.

It is advised that all Buyers should take a video of the package opening so that in case they are eligible for return/exchange, they can submit the video. Without the submission of a video that clearly shows the issue, no return or exchange can be initiated. No still photographs/images will be accepted.

All products must be in new and unused condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies, and accessories including keys, locks, connectors, etc. intact.

Product sold as combo/sets cannot be returned as individual Product.

    • The Company will, in consultation with the seller, decide if the return request raised is genuine or not.
    • If required, any technical support will redirect to Brands/Manufacturers/Vendors.
    • After approval, pick up of the product will be arranged through the Company’s logistics partner in the next 2-3 days.
    • If reverse pickup services are not available at the Buyer’s address, the Company will ask the Buyer to dispatch the product. The Logistics charges will be reimbursed by the Company.
    • After the product is received, it is verified against the Buyer’s claim and accordingly, a Replacement or Refund is initiated.
    • It is at the sole discretion of the company to accept or reject the return request/ claim based on its investigation of the issue.
    • The Company will try to send a replacement of the product; only in case when a replacement is not available, the company will initiate the refund process. This will be at the sole discretion of the company.
    • Please note that replacement would be depending upon the stock availability.
    • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

In case, the product is exchanged and still the buyer has issue with the exchanged product, the Company will put the Buyer in touch with the Seller to resolve the matter directly.

Buyers are eligible for a return/exchange up to 2 days from the date of receipt of the product. Any return/exchange request generated after 2 days, will not be entertained.

REFUND POLICY

    • In case of a pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through a payment gateway or any other online banking/electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in the same account of the customer buying the Product from where the customer has paid the transaction amount.
    • For cash on delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via demand draft/NEFT/Cheque, etc. in favour of the customer buying the Products, as per the details provided by the customer.
    • After placing of refund request, the amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order. Biwholesale.com will try to refund the amount within 7-10 working/business days.
    • The customer buying the Products will not be charged for the pickup, and no other deductions shall be made on refunds confirmed to the customer buying the Product.
    • In case of any Clarification or If the buyer has not received the refund within the stipulated time, he/ she is advised to contact his/ her bank’s customer care number to know the status of the transaction.
